Title: FIREARM OWNERS-RECORDS
Description: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that a person who transfers or causes to be transferred a firearm within the State must keep a record of the transfer for a period of 5 (rather than 10) years from the date of the transfer. Effective immediately.
