Title: As introduced, adds to the offense of reckless endangerment the Class A misdemeanor offense that a person left a loaded, unsecured firearm in a location that endangered the life of a child under 14 years of age, and the Class B misdemeanor offense of knowingly authorizing a child under 12 years of age to use a firearm except when the child is under the supervision of an adult. - Amends TCA Section 39-13-103.
