AN ACT CONCERNING GIGABIT INTERNET ACCESS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to facilitate the rapid development of gigabit Internet infrastructure in municipalities across the state.

Statement of Purpose:

To facilitate the rapid development of gigabit Internet infrastructure in municipalities across the state.
